Went in for my 13 yr old autistic son. He has a lot of anxiety, behaviors and sensory defensiveness. They were so good with prepping him, handling his anxiety and also dealing with his behaviors!!! Amazing doesn't even begin to describe them. Best place to go if you have a child with autism. I don't need a sensory room, I need a dentist and a staff that understands and works through my son's challenges. That's what they were.
we had our first visit here with my 3 yo and 4 yo and they were amazing. The moment we walked in we were greeted by a very friendly employee, I wish I would've caught their name but they were very nice and welcoming. The hygienist were amazing and Mandy in particular was so sweet and gentle with my nervous 3 year old. Dr. Rudolph was also amazing, kind, and gentle. My girls are excited to come back and I'm happy that they had a great experience.
Excellent experience from start to finish!!! My 6 year old has an entirely new attitude towards goung to the dentist. Very professional, efficient and relaxing, kind atmosphere from the front desk to the chair!
We just moved to Cincinnati and chose this office based on the great reviews and location close to where we live. This was absolutely the best experience we have had with the dentist. Dr. Rudolph and the whole team were fantastic. All 3 of my kids left happy and excited to come back, and they had us in and out quickly, especially for 3 appointments at one time. Thank you for making a new dentist visit so wonderful for my kids!

Everyone in this office is professional and so kind. They are amazing with my son who has some significant sensory sensitivities. They meet him where he is and work to expand his comfort zone to clean his teeth. That is no easy feat!
My 3 year old was so scared to go see the dentist but they made her so comfortable and the whole experience was fun for her! All of the staff were super friendly and we are so excited to bring her here

We absolutely love Dr. Rudolph. She does Frenectomies once a week, and did an excellent job with my son. For those of you with babies with tongue and lip ties, I'd highly recommend their capable hands. The consultation is free, so if you are not sure, I'd urge you to make an appointment regardless.
We had a great experience at this dentist, the staff is wonderful. It was my toddlers first time going and they spent a lot of time showing all the tools to her and explained everything they we're going to do. I was very impressed with how they dealt with her. She's even excited to go back the next time! Also I the office was very nice and clean, I would definitely recommend them!
We love this office. Dr. Doc and Dr. Rudolph are both wonderful. My 3 year old has started to become excited to go to the dentist because she loves the office atmosphere and the professional yet kid friendly staff. Highly recommend.
The kindest and friendliest staff we have ever met! We love everyone at the office and have always been so grateful for our daughter's positive experiences - starting all the way back at two weeks old (she's four years old now) when she had lip and tongue ties revised by Dr. Dock.
